What is it that Slumber Tribe offers which is different to other suppliers of teepee sleepover party hire providers? Firstly, when I began planning out what this business would deliver and offer the parents and families in Melbourne, I had my own needs at heart and that part was simple but being different from all the others that followed, that I didn’t predict. However it propelled me forward with confidence and through that I have learnt not to look behind or glance sideways for too long, just forward. My road ahead is different and my inspiration doesn’t come from others doing the teepee party thing. It's in all the other places I find beauty that inspire me to create playful and sophisticated sleepover party styling for Slumber Tribe and I am always sourcing and making my own materials for styling and finding other beautiful makers to collaborate with. I don’t go on a bargain hunt expedition and gather a lot of stuff from discount stores, most of this is heavily used in DIY parties and this is totally fine and fun but its time-consuming and not for everyone. My customers want to have this all delivered and set up without much fuss other than making the space clear before I arrive this generally requires the movement of some furniture for me to work in. What happens after the party? packing up the equipment takes 10-20 mins and its left for picked up on a Monday while you go about your day and the kids are back at school.
